In a ranking system that was based only on faculty research publications and citations, in addition to the programs you mention, New York University, and Indiana State were relatively highly ranked. Another list, now 10 years old, used results from the EPPP by graduates of programs as a ranking method. (The EPPP is the exam most states use for licensure as a psychologist.) With that system, Widener University was tops among the PsyD programs. (http://www.socialpsychology.org/clinrank1997.htm)

The absolute best is the University of Chicago.
