Define "normal"? Is it what the majority of the U.S. population openly do on a day-to-day basis? No, but that's never stopped anyone before.
If the question is an honest one, my answer would be this: do whatever you like, as long as it is among sane, consensual adults.
If not - go ask Billy Bob Thorton what he did with the one that had Angelina's blood in it; he's done with it...

you know im not sure whether or not u think its normal but really why exactly do you do that? what ones opinion of normal is differant for everyone you cant judge what u do by others opinions cause what may be normal to you " the blood thing " may not b normal to others

unless its a culutral thing, DONT DO IT! its way to creepy to even think about. menstral blood? even regular blood is really strange to wear around your neck. so like i said, unless its part of your culutre (or her's i guess), dont wear anybody's menstral blood around your neck.
