MURDER IS MURDER. I don't know what cases it should not be a crime. That's just crazy talk.
Taking the life of another human being is a CRIME.

Let's start with terminology. There are many things that are prohibited by law (illegal). Not all of them are crimes.
In the case of murder, killing someone (other than a state-ordered execution or during military conflict) is illegal.
But it is not a crime if there is a valid legal defense, such as self-defense. So, it is possible to do something that is illegal and have it still not be a crime.

Murder is illegal in all cases, it's a legal term. Killing another human being under legal situations is defined by different terms. There's self-defense for one. Many consider abortion to be another. Killing an enemy soldier would be still another.

What if someone decided that you didn't deserve to live?
If the law is to protect us, it has to be upheld. It is not for an individual to decide that the life of this person or that person should be snuffed out. We would all soon be in danger.
You do have the right to defend yourself if you are in immediate danger, like if someone breaks into your house and threatens you. But if I could, I'd call 911 first. I would hate to have the blood of anyone on my hands.

Murder is: "the unlawful killing of another human being." Hence, it IS illegal by definition. Homicide is: "killing another human being."
NOT all killings are murder. There is justifiable and excusable homicide (death penalty, self-defense, etc) Depends on the if you have a legal authority, justification or excuse for the killing.

Because you don't have the right to take another persons' life. It doesn't matter what they did to you. Murder is wrong. Thank you and may GOD come soon to right the wrongs that have been done on this earth.

Do you not understand the distinction between murder and killing? Murder constitutes intent or the result of gross negligence, whereas killing constitutes an unintentional act or an act of self-defense.
