Super unleaded gas is more pure and burns hotter then the plus or regular. It is a good idea to run plus in it and put super in it at least once a month to burn the crap that builds up it your injecters and other fuels systems.

Whatever your manual calls for. If your manual says to use regular, then use regular. Putting super in a bike that only requires regular will provide absolutely NO benefit. It will not clean out the motor or anything like that.
Higher octane fuel burns slower than lower octane and is often required in many performance engines that run high compression.
