Has anyone had a sore, dry throat during pregnancy? I am in the early stages and have had a sore dry nose for 3 weeks and a sore throat for a few days. Is this pregnancy related? If so, how long does it last?

ive heard that sinus congestion can be from the rise of hormones in pregnancy....but never dryness. sounds like you need a humidifier/vaporizor.

vaporizors are a lot cheaper.....you dont need to get the medication to put in them if you just have dry sinuses....the hot steam will work just fine.

It's possible to have sinus problems during pregnancy. It's because of the increased blood flow. I had the same thing happen to me with my second baby and it lasted pretty much the first 2-3 months.
Drink lots and lots of water. Even Gatorade is good. Make sure you're well hydrated. Your body might be trying to tell you something.
