Collages are nice. They are aesthetically pleasing. Unless they are like the collages in girls college dorm rooms. Then they are tacky and involve people that most folks don't know or care about. Those girls go to college to get an education and improve themselves and their ability to get hired. After all, McDonalds isn't the dream job of most people. College is also the best time of your life. Oh, and ten dollars an hour is not a good job. I make $27 an hour and that isn't enough. Want to get $40 an hour so I must go back to school.

Education is important for its own sake, but having at least a Bachelor's degree helps a person land a good job. It is difficult to get a job that makes a good income on only a high school diploma.

It all depends on what you plan to do with your life & if it requires a higher education. My husband didn't go to college & makes more $ than some of his friends who did.

No. I go to college so I can have a piece of paper to show employers that I am competant. I already knew that though.

not usually , most of the good jobs with better pay and benefits require that you know someone or have the right skills.

If you like flipping burgers for $5/hr, then you don't need to go to college. There is nothing wrong with that choice, it's just not meant for me.

No because that is where you learn all the basics if you wanted to be a doctor etc. That is how you learn how to do everything
