Yeah I'm pretty sure, what I don't get though is why they let him still wrestle? If he was caught with drugs like Jeff Hardy was a few years back, and he got the boot why didn't RVD?

Yes, he was pulled over, Sabu was with him, and they were both caught on possession. I don't see why Rob Van Dam being a stoner comes as a surprise to most people.

Jeff Hardy left to handle his addictions. He couldn't handle life on the road and battle his addictions at the same time. That's why he left WWE and went to TNA.
RVD got busted and was suspended under the WWE's drug testing program. That's why he lost his titles and has been a jobber ever since.

Yes he did along with sabu as they drove in ohio the trial is set for next month unless they plea bargain it away whih is most likely to happen here in ohio .
