Fans have right but when is it out of line ? Its involving in Brawls or Riots one of them ? I myself think so. People could get hurt and may be kill but yet it still happens (Last Sunday at Garden , a brawl broke out after a highschool basketball game) When does we say "enough is enough" ?

Fans obviously have no right to break the law. Fighting and rioting are breaking the law regardless of the reason... be in sports, politics, religion, whatever. If you're talking about professional sports, the venue (operator of stadium, for example) has the same right as any business, and that's to refuse service to anyone. If a fan is overly loud/obnoxious, etc, they can be told to leave. With highschool sports, the responsibility is on the team to keep its fans in line (usually coaches or school officials). If one fan is causing a problem, they can be kicked out of the game. If a group of fans is causing a problem, the team associated with the fans can be penalized, including technical fouls and other in game penalties... and in more extreme situations, the officials can actually force the team associated with the problem fans to forfeit the game.

Fights will happen under many situations. Sports are one of those, but this is just a fact of life. In my opinion we should not ban sporting events just because of the occassional unruly fan(s). There are schools here in California who actually prohibit spectators from sporting events because people were getting stabbed and shot. The teams would go and play in empty stadiums and gyms, but this is an exception. Most sporting events are mostly nonviolent.
