If the address is correct, write "Not at this address - return to sender" and the post office will return it.
If the address is NOT correct, write "Delivered to wrong address" and they'll redeliver it.
Either way, just stick it in your mailbox and the postal carrier should take care of it.

cross out the address, mark on it "RTS, not at this address" and stick it back in the mail.

Just write "RETURN TO SENDER" on it & give it to your postman.
