I don't think you're sick, but you have opinions. I would encourage you to be a little more open-minded. I think there are some good people who are police or politicians and they deserve support and recognition. As far as rich celebrities, I think most of them are successful because they have genuine talent and earned their status. On the other hand, I look at Hollywood actors and wonder why they get big bucks to pretend to be (play the role of in a movie) a handsome version of me (that is, a regular guy) and I have to work hard to get a regular paycheck--I'm jealous!

Do you dislike celebrities because they are rich or because they use their celebrity status as a sounding platform for their personal agendas, and you're sick of the mundane details of their lives being national headlines that compete with meaningful news? If it's the former, than I would say that you are the victim of class envy. If it's the latter, I must agree with you!

No, it just sounds like your sick of being inundated with BS from TV, News and Hollywood. Try taking a holiday, if you can't afford that take some vacation time and sit at home and literally unplug everything, the phone, the TV and don't buy Newspapers.
I feel ya, I need to disconnect from the world every once in awhile too!

No, I AGREE, police can be good if YOU need help, they can keep the streets a bit cleaner and keep the assh*les in jail. politicians are crooks, it's a war for power, rich celebritys get way too much attention for wearing makeup and expensive clothing, there are some good celebrities who deserve their position though.

NO' But there are "some bad police. but not all. As for politicians-most all are A/holes.to few are Ok. they say one thing and do somthing else for who ever has to most $$$$$. The rich celebritys they can say and do thing and the Tv news jumps to report it.and most people belive ever thing the politicans &rich say.>God help us<
