We found a baby jackrabbit. What can we feed it?

It depends on how old it is. If it is still on "mothers milk" you can go to the store and buy puppy/kitten suplement and a small bottle. I have raised 3 this way. If she is a little older, veggies and seeds are perfect.

First of all its illegal in all 50 states to keep a jackrabbit without a permit.Silly law,but its there just so u know it exists.

Second they eat anything a tame rabbit does, but do NOT feed lettuce as more then a treat.Do not feed it legumes either ie, dried peas or beans.
Do feed it grass,hay,trimmed waste branches, alfalfa, anything basically organic that grows on the prairie.
Jacks that are very tiny are actually already pretty much on their own or just hanging out, they are not regularly in contact with the doe more then 3-4 times a day so what you think might be a lost rabbit is probably not.

Call your local wildlife rehabilitation center. They will be able to give you loads of helpful info. Good Luck with your rabbit =)
