Reverse discrimination. HR is a "people business" and women are "good with people." Also, HR is usually not your top department: marketing, sales, or some technical aspect is usually your priority department. HR is just a side effect. Women put in charge there are often paid less, will make less noise, and demand less appreciation and compensation from those above them. I think it is also assumed that a male CEO can "mold" a female manager, so therefore HR is working the way he wants not necessarily the way it should.

Because that is the chosen carrer path of most ladies that are looking to get in, and put the most hurt on people. Have you ever noticed that, lady HR managers are the ones almost always slamming your anatomy in a door, while male HR managers do hardly anything. Curious ain't it?

I'm not sure where you get your information because most HR Managers are men. Most HR assistants or generalists seem to be women. Most likely the reason it appears so is that there is the glass ceiling allowing business owners to pay less for the same function.
