It's the one where the guy's back is broken if she weighs too much.
It can be effective. My adult daughter is tiny and she has walked on her dad's back when it was out of whack. It really helped him.

have seen people do this From what I can gather, they have severe back problems, and are trying to "crack" some out of sorts joint, or something, I was shocked but apparently some people find instant relief......
