that is probable your brakes. I had a 1998 Plymouth Breeze some years in the past, and while my brakes went that's what exceeded off. do away with that motor vehicle as quickly as you could; as quickly as my brakes went, my A/C went. Then the i replaced into making use of and for no reason the horn justs saved going off... i replaced into so embarassed and that i had to force quarter-hour like that to the mechanic, and that i ended up having to get the full steerage column replaced. After that broke, my oil started leaking uncontrollably and that i had to repair all that. finally, the precise of the engine blew and that i had to do away with the vehicle.

worn or loose power steering belt.
Check belts tension
Low power steering fluid gives you more of a moaning noise when you turn and a loose belt gives you a squeling noise.
