yes very natural ... your body is depleting your immunity system to feed the fetus. Try taking a multi-vitaman and warm baths and a heating pad for your lower back. No caffine, no alcohol, and nothing with preservatives.

2 weeks before your period is due, would be around your ovulation date. The back ache and headache may be attributed to ovulation, but I don't think the sore throat is related to it at all. If you want to get pregnant now is probably the best time to try, but you won't know if you're actually pregnant for a few more weeks.

I'm on my third pregnancy right now. I'd say headaches and lower back ache for sure...not sure about the sore throat thing though. I personally have not experienced it.

The sore throat is making me think that you are coming down with the flu. That's not a normal symptom of pregnancy.

A sore throat isn't a sign of pregnancy the last time I checked. If that were true, I would have been pregnant more often then I expected.

I don't think you are pregnant. Headaches and backaches can be because your hormones are changing and getting ready to have a period. It is way too early to say you are pregnant. Once you have missed your period, you will need to have a pregnancy test to be sure. But before that time has passed, just relax.
You probably are just getting a cold/flu.

not really. You're probably getting a cold. The sore throat means inffection in the throat which follows a cold/flu.

Headaches and backache maybe, but not sore throat. Sounds like flu or something.
