First before anything else make sure there is no diskette in the diskette drive. If so remove it and reboot.

first make sure which OS you are using . then get a bootalbe disk from the vendor whom you got the OS . then insert the disk into the drive and then restart the system . BUT MAKE SURE the first boot device is the disk drive .. if it is still the hard disk in as the first boot device, its no use . for this you have to make settings in the BIOS ...

obtain a system disk from a friend or a tech shop. Let them know what OS you have and they should be able to make one for you. Make sure you have the bios set to recognize you boot up drive first..

Sounds like your hard drive could possibly be bad. First, make sure you do not have a floppy disk in your A drive. If you do, remove it and reboot. If you do not it sounds like your computer is not seeing your hard drive for whatever reason

Unplug the pc then put it on a window sill after that go get a boot put it on your foot take step back and kick the fricken thing out the window. that should fix it. hehe

First what OS are you or shall i say were you using? Second how old is your pc? Do you have reformat recovery cds? If so run them. It sounds like it is asking you to run a fdisc. or command prompt to recover your harddrive. GL
