One day, people will understand that WE the people are NOT chosing the officials that run our government and make decisions for this country. Democrats got a dose of that when Bush won the election even though Gore had the popular vote. As far as the war is concerned, 100% of us should be against it. Killing people never solved anything. I don't see why our President(loser) can't just admit that he was wrong and that it was a stupid idea and that he didn't realize trying to get more oil would cause so much trouble.
As for your third part of your question, No, I don't think anyone is listening at all.

,Most people were for the war at first. Unfortunately now that it has been a while most people want to give up and leave. As crappy as it may be, we have to win before it is over. If the war were being run by the military and not the politicians, it would have been over a long time ago.
As for the person who said that "killing people never solved anything", well, it solved WWII. I am not condoning killing people, every life is precious, but the only way to achieve "real" peace is through victory. Just look back at world history.

Nothing gets past you does it? Yes with George Bush's appointment by the corporate lobbyist, and the travesty of Al Gore wining the 2000 election. This is more then enough proof of the GOP corruption.

No, what they are saying is an average of the sampling of the people they polled are not happy with the war. BIG differences here.
