Usually ten bucks a tire, unless you bought from Les Schwab, then it's free. Even if you didn't purchase at Schwabs, but have their product, they will do it for free. If they need balancing there will be a fee.

usually 10 dollars a tire, but free if you do it yourself, i'd do it myself, it only takes 15 minutes.

I get mine done at Discount Tire, since I bought my tires there. They do it for free.
