Lemon juice. All natural. I know it will remove garlic, onion, fish, etc. smells from your hands, but I am unsure about smells in the air. Good luck.
When I was pregnant certain smells grossed me out.

I say ask if anyone else smells it. If not, then try to have other things that smell nice around, like flowers, or maybe put some peppermint oil or extract on something or in a little dish and place that around so you smell that instead.
If other people do smell it, then I agree with paddlinglikecrazy, have someone spray Febreze all over while you're out of the house. I think that the air freshener kind of Febreze works really great for neutralizing smells (better than the spray bottle). We use the apple cinnamon scent in the bathroom, and it works great!
Good luck, and congratulations! :)

Is it warm enough where you are to open your windows? That might help some. Also, see if you can get some Febreeze. Make sure you get the pet-safe kind if you have pets in your apartment. You can use it on carpets, furniture, or just the air. Spray the stuff everywhere! Turn on the bathroom fans and the ceiling fans, and see if maybe you can spend some time away from home (go shopping or take a trip to the spa for a massage after all that cleaning). Perhaps when you come home, it will be a bit more bearable.

From my experience of 49 years ago, it doesn't matter what you do. You will smell "garlic", or whatever, until you get through that stage. I thought the drain in our kitchen sink had a horrid stink....no one else could smell anything, including my clean freak mom. I poured bleach, etc, down daily and finally I just quit smelling it.
That was the year they came out with Zest soap, and a sample bar was hung on our apartment door. I used it and hated the smell so much, I couldn't use Zest for many, many years. It's just your body...you will get over it.

Honestly, and you aren't going to like this, since you can't use chemicals or sprays, I would recommend cooking something stronger that you can stand, something smelly.
Try:
Microwave popcorn.
Scrambled eggs
Tortillas cooked on open flame
Bake Cookies
Anything like the above that will overpower.
Or, get a friend over with tons of Febreeze or Lysol and spray and then open all the windows and you come home about 1/2 hour later.
I hate smells too. I always worry what my house smells like to other people.
Me, I hate the smell of scrambled eggs!
Good Luck

To get the smell of garlic off your hands, wash them with toothpaste or rub them on stainless steel while washing them with soap.
To get the smell out of the air, try opening the windows and using some Febreeze...then leave for a little while!

Chances are, you're smelling it because you're pregnant. You could have your house professionally cleaned so that a scent dog couldn't smell it, and you would still smell it. It's just one of those pregnant things I'm afraid.

Vinegar, place some bowls of white vinegar around the house, or put in a spray bottle and spray in air.
