If you took out solicitors and propaganda, there are many possibilities for a very good Mad Lib;
"What can I do about ____ who leave their ____ all over my porch?" LOL
Yes, they shouldn't litter. There's not much you can do about it though.

Start giving out the phone number and use the address! Don't throw out junk mail with reply envelopes anymore, instead - reply with the phone number and address on the flyer! I call this cross junk mail responding! Use the info from one junk mailer to reply to another!
