I got stiches on my arm and lower back. How long would you wait to surf and work out?

Usually about 10-14 days, depending on which area your stitches are. If they are in high stress area like elbows, then longer.

just to be safe you should wait until the stitches are totally healed. a shark could smell the wound

Until my doctor took them out and told me it was okay.
