Actually high class mexicans are all very white. They are from European descent and have blond and blue eyes, they only speak spanish and are very wealthy in Mexico because they are intelligent people. Have you ever watch their soap operas? They are white, they look English but arent. Vickie Guerrero is a "Chicana" from Mexican parents. The darker skin mexicans like the guerreros have Indo mixed in them and are not that white and the ones you normally meet on the street aren't considered educated sometimes
