My son has an iPOD with the 3 yr replacement plan and they seem to be constantly fixing something on it. No new replacement iPOD yet. What's going on?

I think it's time to use my fix for these sorts of " NON-SERVICE" on something that's been bought, is on warranty & they will not replace it. If you are certain of all the facts, like receipt, warranty info, name & address(mailing address) & possibly email of the store, nature of the transaction, anything pertaining to this whole thing, then contact the Better Business Bureau, but tell Best Buy you are unless they replace that ipod. I have used that 3 times to get action with stores or bussinesses that are trying to cheat me. So, email them(save draft of it) about the whole affair & say you are fed up getting that piece of junk fixed, that you want it replaced, or your next stop is on-line to the BBB. That usually gets their attention, because an outfit like Best Buy would be hurt if their on-line store ended up on BBB's list of companies that have bad customer practices. I would not put up with that one more minute. Go get them & good luck. I HATE POOR SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try contacting Apple customer service if it's within the Apple warranty period. As for Best Buy go there in person and demand to see the store manager. If that doesn't work then forward a copy of the complaint letter to the local Better Business Bureau.

I think that the best way to get results would be to either speak to someone high up in the store or call customer service and speak to someone high up. This way you can make sure that you will be heard.
