You are rich or trailer trash or mentally unstable. But, if you supported Clinton, you are a paragon of virtue?

I am in my 30s, middle class, far removed from rich, and live nowhere near a trailer park. But, I do support Bush as the President of the United States!

Liberals hate any one who dares to disagree with them. They will attack everyone, just look at Rosie. She feels that she has open court to bash any who doesn't kiss up to her party.

We will never see eye to eye in this matter as Bush by all accounts is among the worst presidents in history . He is leading a congress of idiots on both sides of the isle . This may help you a link to a question . http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Apiv_m5mJKSn5p4.mvkk6GPty6IX?qid=20070321063648AAZF7RQ

Its like we are all still in high school or something . Its a popularity contest to win and not who would run the nation well .
I am for a simple test to make sure candidates are up to the task of leading America forward .

People like Bush are victims of the "s" factor .

It's the "Stupid factor," the S factor: Some people -- sometimes through no fault of their own -- are just not very bright.

It's not merely that some people are insufficiently intelligent to grasp the nuances of foreign policy, of constitutional law, of macroeconomics or of the variegated interplay of humans and the environment. These aren't the people I'm referring to. The people I'm referring to cannot understand the phenomenon of cause and effect. They're perplexed by issues comprising more than two sides. They don't have the wherewithal to expand the sources of their information. And above all -- far above all -- they don't think.

So I really hope you understand that its not all Bushes fault . We the people have become so stupid in America we get what we deserve .

Any substantiative conversation and solutions to real problems escape our capacity of late due to over one third of our nation being illiterate .

Support Mr.Bush all you want . But as for president Bush he misses the mark by a mile and although he is elected to this office it should be filled by someone with much greater understanding and reason then him or most of the preceding presidents .

Because only smart people can ignore things like Clinton's striping of the military to prop up failed social programs.

because the educated can understand that the failing economy during the last half of Clinton's administration was really bush's fault.

because only trailer trash could actually believe in doing things like overturning dictatorships or following UN laws.

And you have to be crazy to see how the economy has rebounded so dramatically from 9/11, the fastest recovery in history.

see we should be like the people who go to the protests and are "enlightened" we should rant anti-Semitic bull, not bathe, promote the idea of communism or anarchism, not present facts and insult/attack all who disagree with us. then and only then will bush supporters truly be accepted.

I know its late, but I'll go ahead and add that Im an educated, soon-to-be medical doctor in residency. My husband has a comfortable, white-collar job that affords us an upper middle class lifestyle. Both of my parents are educated; My father, a former golf professional w/ a degree in law, and my mother w/ two degrees and part owner of a well-known, U.S. company. Guess what?? WE ALL SUPPORT BUSH!!!

I don't support Bush. I do not approve of lies, corruption and incompetence from our government officials. I, like you are middle class. I don't live anywhere near a mobile home park. However I am twice your age and have seen more of life than you have. I am sure that there are perfectly normal people who support Bush, why, I have no Idea. He has done little or nothing for them. But to each his own. Each of us sees the world through different filters your filters and mine are different. Yours seem to be a bit more rose colored when looking at Mr. Bush than mine. That is just the way it is.

Just take a look at your first to answer - generalization! I am originally from Jersey - now live in Louisiana, own a business, not rich but comfortable - don't live in a trailer park & I support President Bush. Don't take it seriously - just take it from where it comes from - enough said.

I'll grant you that there are people on Yahoo who use tired caricatures to dismiss the pro-Bush camp. Would you agree that the latter uses equally tired caricatures to dismiss their opponents as well?

Judging by a lot of your question and answers, I would say you fall into the mentally unstable category.

I see this all the time also.

I think it is because republicans have cornered the market on scaring people to support them. I see lower income workers support bush because they "think" he support their values when the truth is bush- republicans see low income workers as two things, the easy vote and cheap labor.

Well you see that is all that Liberal tolerance and love for the little guy . You may also notice their mountainous support for free speech and the rule of law.
