Yes In my 22 years in Ministry I would say from talking to teens that most do so during puberty however, we discourage it because in doing so promotes sin and sin is unhealthy to ones walk with God. When you masturbate you think on something that gets you aroused such as a pretty girl or cute guy and in doing so it forms lust of the body and that is sin. I encourage teens to redirect that energy into something positive and take their minds off sex.

Well I am only 15 and I masturbate pretty much on a regular basis. As i have no bf my finger is the only substitute.

Yep, surely.
The most part of teens do it regularly while a few part never do it or rarely only. That need is very low after sexual development but increases widely during puberty then.

If your asking this b/c you want approval....then let me just tell you that it is MUCH safer than sex these days I'm sure that even your parents would rather you do this than get some horrible std or have a baby.....just be sure that you are cleansing properly and you are among the rest of most teenagers I would say....

Well if they don't they should. That is how you discover your body. If you do not know how to take care of yourself, how are you going to explain it to some one else. I encourage masturbation at least no one gets pregnant or gets STD. Just do it in private......and keep it to yourself..

4 out of 5 teens masturbates...in fact 40% of the teen population are doing it right now...I think its healthy..

I'd say about 97% do. some have these weird illnesses that keep them from doing as such (lol.)
