Yes, if your PSP is homebrew enabled. In order to be homebrew enabled, you PSP has to be firmware 1.50 or using custom firmware like 3.03 OE-c or 3.10 OE-a.

Yes. There are emulators for the PSP that allow you to play ALL types of systems - including arcade titles and Playstation 1 games. It's an amazing machine...

Yes you can go to psphacking101.com. It's hacking dream land. Everything you wish to know, it's there. On video down loads or via questions on the forums. Probably better burning old ps one games when machine is homebrew enabled. Trust me it's good!!!

For a little help on doing this go to www.psp-hacks.com or go to www.psp-spot.com they have tuturials and forums to help you downgrade to the right firmware, after you do that pick one of the snes emulators to use, and you can go to www.romnation.net for roms (the games) to download, there are other sites for roms but thats the best I know of that is free and not going to fill your PC with spyware and adware.
