Redken is a readily available product line in almost every salon you go to. I would be very cautious about opening a store to sell that product line. What would motivate someone to come to your store to buy this product when they can get it at their local salon already? If you have not already done so - I would right up a business plan before you look into this much further with Redken.
If you are selling this line through a salon, you should research the redken website and see who their distributor contact is. Most companies have representatives who determine if you are allowed to sell their products and then work with you on ordering and merchandising.
