7 weeks, this week and hey...is anyone just plain worried about their pregnancy? I know i am. I know i have to just relax and be calm, but a miscarriage in the past has me unable to just enjoy myself and prepare, because it makes me expect the worst, you know? Well, share your thoughts with me. I've told my family that i'm prego and they've shared it with the entire family from coast to coast already...i wish i could be as enthusiastic as they all are. Thanks

Remember, when you start to worry or your mind starts to wander to the negative, ask God to give you what He knows you need that day. Trust He will and know ....
"worry never, ever, changes the outcome... so, why worry!"

You do have control of your attitude and what you decide to think.

Enjoy your pregnancy.!

I'm 8 1/2 weeks and I feel the same way (miscarried last year). I am checking after everytime I go to the bathroom to see if there is any blood, I'm constantly worried about every little cramp I have. I was even hesitiant to tell my family just in case.
I'm trying to chill out and today I actually told my family, support is number one no matter what.
Good luck and wishing you all the best !
Its time to enjoy and relax! :) (easier said than done)

I understand that you're worried, but just try to be relaxed. The only reason my mom got pregnant w/me is because she miscarried a child a few months before I was concieved. So don't stress! Congratulations! and have a wonderful and healthy pregnancy and baby! ; )
