Morals are religion or culturally based. Ethics are defined by the profession, and laws trump both of them.

There are issues about interpersonal relationships with clients, either past or present. There are issues about touching bodies, sexually or otherwise. There are issues about confidentiality.

I think the most obvious would be the discovery of a suspicious injury. This would be along the same lines of a doctor who, for example, discovers injuries on a child consistent with child abuse.
