I am so sick of Sanjay, Phil and Gina. I go through the whole show at this point to watch Blake and Melinda. I think they both could be great hits.
Blake reminds me of sting in the way he sings but much more contemporary. No the greatest singer, but he know his limits and I enjoy listening to him. I really like the way he performs as well. Not a real rap or "beat box" fan, but I also enjoy it when he integrates it into his performance. He really seems to have a good sense of stage presence.
Melinda is just amazing to listen too. She is a little goofy looking, but it kinda sets her apart.

Maybe... Too bad they wont! I'm kinda tired of Sanjaya and Phil Stacey. And I LOVED Blake's song last night... I wasn't watching the show (it was ti-voed so I was gonna watch it later) but my 4 year old sister came running to get me when he came on and goes, "Sis! You have to come watch this guy!! He keeps saying, 'Who's your daddy?!'" and it was hysterical. She was walking around the house singing that song this morning. I also loved how Ryan decided to share his 'moves' too. That was just SO funny. I think Blake reminds me of Sting too, but he looks SO much like JT that he reminds me of him alot too. And... Blake and Melinda are my two faves too!! I liked alot of the others at first... But I'm just tired of them now... Like Chris Sligh... The whole David Hasselhoff comment from earlier this season was funny, but he just isn't entertaining anymore. I do like Jordin too, but she's not the same as Blake and Mel. I do sort of want Melinda to win though. Really, I think Blake deserves to, but I also think that no matter when he gets voted off (if he does) he will get a record deal because he's just that good. I would buy his CD and Melinda's, but I don't know if anyone would back her. BTW, is it wierd that I bought Kellie Pickler, Chris Daughtry and Kat McPhee CDs but not Taylor Hicks because I hate his music? I'm pretty sure the other three are selling more than he is too. Doesn't seem right...
