vcu's by far...they time their traps well and they are able to trap and force turnovers without committing too many fouls...clemson's press is good but it is not as aggressive and is beatable with good athletes

VCU's.........Tennessee and Va Tech have a better press than Clemson.
VCU was the best that ive seen this year, with tennessee a close second. NO ONE lives on forcing turnovers and creating easy baskets like Tennessee. They have won so many games on steals in the last couple minutes in the past 2 years it is unreal.
However VCU really, really impressed me against Duke. Without all those turnovers they would have lost big simply because they couldn't handle lose rebounds and they missed a ton of layups and easy buckets
