Well it depends on the individual. Research shows that wom en are more emotionally intelligent - showing empathy, understanding others feelings etc whilst men are more technically intelligent for example having a greater spatial awareness etc. but again, every person is different and its about their biology and their education etc.

Women tend to be more clever than men. Men think for today and women think way ahead. They preserve for the future and are always the first to come up with ideas in solving problems.

This is one of those questions that can't be answered empirically. It is like the man-in-the-street interviews that they sometimes do on TV. All you get is just one opinion after another Everyone has their own definition of cleverness and they are influenced by their experiences with the opposite sex.
