Why do so many people belive that emmissions can cause a global event that is equal to a massive volanic effect or a metor strike on the earth?

Why does no one know that when the dinosours live dit was warmer and why do they not know that we are just now coming out of the ice age as the remenents of it fade away?

Not to sound bad if it an unproven theory why are people acting on it like it is a real theory.

To me that makes it non-sense.

It's not non-sense.

It's an unproven theory. It's an interesting theory. But it's an unproven theory and that's not a basis for placing unprecedent burdens on consumers and commuters.

Some people confuse facts and proof with hypothesis and theory. There are positive actions that individuals or corporations can take to affect energy conservation, overpopulation, deforestation, desertification but global warming is as complex as is the ice age.

Reading the popular media can lead a person to conclude that "global warming" is:
o- either a hoax to promote business opportunities, politicians agenda and scientists grant money.....
OR
o- a problem related to overpopulation, industrialization and fossil fuels whose solution options lie in solar power, wind power, geothermal power and nuclear fusion....

However, the main cause may be altogether different:

NASA has released never-before-seen images that show the sun's magnetic field is much more turbulent and dynamic than previously known. The international spacecraft Hinode, formerly known as Solar B, took the images. Hinode was launched Sept. 23 to study the sun's magnetic field and its explosive energy. National Aeronautics and Space Administration scientists said the spacecraft's uninterrupted high-resolution observations of the sun are expected to have an impact on solar physics comparable to the Hubble Space Telescope's impact on astronomy. "For the first time, we are now able to make out tiny granules of hot gas that rise and fall in the sun's magnetized atmosphere," said Dick Fisher, director of NASA's Heliophyics Division. "These images will open a new era of study on some of the sun's processes that effect Earth, astronauts, orbiting satellites and the solar system." Hinode is a collaborative mission led by
the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency and includes the European Space Agency and Britain's Particle Physics Astronomy Research
Council. NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Ala., managed the development of the Hinode's scientific instrumentation provided by industry and federal agencies.

This isn't about science it is about politics. Not one proposal provided by the man made global warming crowd does anything to address the temperatur of the sun. What they do propose are solutions that would grow government through new regulations and taxes. Create advantage for certain companies(ADM), transfer wealth from the 1st world to the 3rd world(trading carbon credits) Force inferior products on the consumer(ethanol) Force manufacturing jobs to leave the US for countries more friendly to companies that my produce harmless by products. This is all part of a religious movement that has as it's commandments, less people, communal thinking, worship of pagan gods(Earth), Redemption from sin (carbon offsets) smaller life. This policy should be fought at every turn

There are many people that refuse to see any information that might dispute what they believe. The global warming crowd refuses to look at the evidence that show their inaccuracies.
