Yes, nearly every weekend we take the children for walks up to Margam Park, (South Wales) there's around 700 acres of gorgeous countryside, a gothic Castle, fairytale village and roaming deer herds. Also a farm trail for the children to see the animals close up.
It's nice to get out in the fresh air, and for the Children to run off some of that never-ending energy!
We can clear our minds, and forget our worries, just for a little while anyway.........
There's also Gnoll park by us too, it has victorian cascades and a playground (we know all the places for the children to run wild!)

Almost every day. Mostly with my honey and we do it in the early evening. We share our day's events with each other. I love walking alone and just clearing my mind. My job is high pressure, fast paced and deals with big $$ so anytime I can just clear my head and get exercise... I am all for it!
Oh and I walk on a nature trail that is right down the road, it goes through all these beautiful woods and there are lots of animals. It is a pretty nice set up for me!

Yes, it clears your mind, healthy for you.. I may think about my life at the time, or if a holiday is coming... but just walk to enjoy the nature around me.

I certainly do. Like to walk in the woods and commune with nature. Even feed the animals and birds. They know me.

Not as often as i should , i live near a country park and there's plenty of farmland too , i think about my childhood as i was raised around here and enjoy the peace and quiet while i can.
