You take a pregnancy test that comes up positive or you go to the doctor pee in a cup, give some blood and then they say Congratulations.

I know its kinda strange, but if you have a dollar tree where you live, they sell a home pregnancy test there. Its pretty damn accurate. I had bought one just in case one day and then it came to the day that I felt like I should check, and sure enough, I WAS! But anyways, it almost looks like the ones they test you with at the doctor's office-except they use blood and this one uses urine. I would buy one again if I had to.

I took 6 (yes 6) home pregnancy tests. All were positive. I went to the OBGYN, they laughed at how many tests I took, and the baby showed up on the sonogram.

The best way to find out 100% is go to your OBGYN for a test or sonogram.

You will have some of the symptoms of pregnancy...sore breasts, your sides may be sore on your lower abdomen, missed period....positive pregnancy test....then a doctor should be able to confirm everything for sure

By taking a pregnancy test. Even then they can be wrong sometimes, I really only felt certain when i heard that first heartbeat.
