DON'T TAKE THEM OFF. Keep them for 2 weeks and you will get use to them. I felt the same way, but now if I take them off for whatever reason I feel the opposite; I can't wash my hair good, I can't open things, etc. Just give them a chance. I am sure they are nice looking and they also make your hands look sooo much prettier.

They must be too long, I have acrylic nails and they are at a nice length and I can type just fine. So go back to where you had them done and ask them to make them shorter.

Yeah I know! I usually go a year without them and decide I want them again because people see my hands a lot at work. But then I start typing (which I also do a lot of at work) and I have to re learn how to type!! It's nuts!! LOL Good Luck!

Key with a pencil, I guess. I used to get a kick out of our assistants trying to do their work with a full set of long acrylics.

The biggest problem is the salon always wants to make them too long. I insist on rather short nails, but they still make them too long. I know exactly how you feel !!

You can them trimmed to a reasonable length. I keep mine nice and short. When they get long enough that I have problems picking up coins that I've dropped, then I get them shortened. I never get them long.

Don't do that! You will get used to it! I thought I never would but I have! And your typing looks really good. No mistakes from what I can see!
