I am 13 1/2 weeks pregnant, and nothing I do will stop me from being gaggy ALL DAY! I haven't been thowing up, but I get all the motion of it, but then my body stops me from finishing. I have tried every trick around (eat before moving, keep something in your stomach, don't each large amounts, don't each food with to much flavor, vitamin b6 supplements...) Even before I get going in the morning I feel it, all the way till I go to bed. I am so tired of it, and even my doctor doesn't have any insight. They keep telling me it should even out soon. HELP!

There really isn't much you can do if you have tried everything else already. Just be glad you are not throwing up. I threw up until week 16 of my pregnancy. I was miserable nothing worked. A few things helped like, eating slower, ginger, and those pregnancy candies, but nothing prevented me from throwing up. It sucks and I am sorry you feel so horrible, but it will end soon, I promise.
Take care.

Poor thing. I went through that with my first one. The dr. said I started having morning (and night) sickness when other women are usually getting over it.
The only foods that I could tolerate, seriously, for my whole 4th month was graham crackers (without sugar), saltines, and plain Cheerios. I also kept myself very hydrated, mostly with Gatorade and plain old water, which sometimes made me gag more. So I would drink tea (cooled down). I kept Cheerios next to my bed and before I even picked my head off the pillow I would snack on some.
One more thing... try mint. Anything mint. That's a naturally reliever of stomach woes. That worked wonders.

ahh, I had the same thing except I did throw up in the morning and was then nauseous and tired the rest of the day. I couldn't find anything that helped either but it did fade away around the 15th week. Hang in there, it should get better soon!

I sympathies with you.
Must b awful. Just keep lying down and as you say eat before getting up and drink lots of water through the day. Or you will get dehydrated. Helps too.
Wish you the best.

Keep some lemon drops near you. Or try fresh lemon. Sort of roll your tongue over it + salt.
tell yourself it will help.
Tell yourself you will be better.
Disown the symptom. You will improve.

How bout some tums? That might help keep the gaggy feeling down. Have you tried that yet? Plus, you'll get some calcium! :) Good Luck...

I haven't ever tried either of these but I've heard smelling fresh cut lemons and that the sea sickness bracelets work.
