You will need NGK or Denso spark plugs (for the love of god, do not buy the Bosch platinums or Autolites the guy at the counter will try to sell you), as well as a fuel filter and air filter. Apart from that, you will also need some carb cleaner to clean the throttle plate. This is all that is done for a tune-up on a modern vehicle, typically. Timing and fuel control are done automatically by the powertrain control module, so there are no adjustments.

A set of replacement Spark Plugs. NGK Platinums or Denso Iridiums would do nicely. Purchase a Feeler Gauge from your local Hardware store (I got mine from Ace Hardware for less than $5.00). No need for the carb cleaner since your ride is new and is fuel injected.

Use the feeler gauge to adjust the spark plug gaps according to whats specified in the manual. If gap is too big adjust by lightly tapping the electrode using a hard tool like the handle of your screwdriver. Make sure each spark plug is adjusted according to specs.

Reset the engine computer. Either find the fuse for the engine computer and remove it, then install it back after 15 mins. or disconnect the battery. This will force the computer to find the peak settings for the engine once you start her up.

Drive around and warm the engine up. Once its warmed up, you can clean the injectors by putting in high grade fuel and then drive it with the engine rpms at 3000 for at least 30 seconds. Try to do this a couple of times a day (one in the morning and in the evening going to and from work) for probably 2-3 days. This should clean out the injectors.
