Im at vicenza, battling relegation in serie a, with only £400k to spend, i want some good young talent who with improve with experience.

My average players are rated about 67 - 69 ish, but i found 2 very good young players who have developed well.

I am looking for players under 23, who improve a lot, and who dont cost much, since my club is skint!

Are you in the transfer period? You could sell your older, expendable players for cash. Then you can use your money for younger transfers or to scout young players. Hopefully you have a scout on your staff that you have upgraded to a high level. If you want to go with the cheaper route, go for players available for loan but you can't keep them after the season is over.

I think it's really tough to dramatically improve a team in Fifa 07 by getting new players in one season. They are either really expensive or too inexperienced at the beginning. You need to refine your playing strategies and keep players fresh (possibly by rotating your starting unit each game).

Attacking the computer's fullbacks and passing accurately seem to be huge offensive keys in Fifa 07. Trying to score against the computer's center backs is much more difficult. It's fun to try, but your scoring chances are slimmer. Counter attacking in Fifa 07 is more difficult than Fifa World Cup 06 too.

ok you can get players like guardado who becomes a 95 but i dont know which year ur in so im not sure if hes still cheap or u can get players like juarez valdez from barca hes pretty cheap and becomes an 89 at his best or theres decent players like aroujo who can become like in the high 70's or low 80's i believe and he doesnt cost that much either or do a deep search in the americas u will find a defender and a forward that will become in the 90's but i think u cant find them untill like 3 seasons in hope this helps
