I had LASIK surgery last year, and my eyes are usually very dry when I wake up in the morning. I am currently in my first trimester. Anyone know is it safe to use eye drops when you are pregnant?

Haai For dry eyes yo u will have to use lubricants which are quite harmless and over the counter medicines. Also the systemic absorption of eye medications is very very less.
So go ahead and use lubricants such as Refresh Tears etc, you should feel better soon.

Depends on what is in the eye drops. Read the ingredients and the label and check with your OB.
Make sure the eye drops don't contain thimerosol, which is a form of mercury. Some eye drops contain all sorts of stuff which would be bad for baby, including coricosteriods.
