To see how many MB your computer has, right-click on My Computer on your desktop, and then click on Properties. You will see the MB there. To see how much memory you have free, open My Computer, and right-click on the C:\ drive, and then click on Properties.

Open my computer and high lite C: drive
right click on the C: Drive. and then click on properties. This will tell you what size hard drive you have and how much free space is left.

once you opened MY COMPUTER right click on the HARD DRIVE you are using then click at PROPERTIES
