Please talk to your doctor about your depression, please. If you tried to comit suicide over twenty times you need to, it isn't a choice. I don't want you doing something really stupid.
The depression won't turn up in your blood because it's a mental thing, not a physical thing if you know what i meann.
The only way the doctor knows if you're depressed is if you tell him/her, or you have the Symptoms.
But please tell them.

the only blood related "depression" is bi-polar disorder but they normally do not test that unless you are diagnosed and need medication. Your periods are probably off because of your depression though. Depression can cause menstraul cycle irregularities along with acne and many other physical symptoms. You really need to go see a therapist immediately. Your depression can be triggered from what is going on in your life or something that has happened in your life. and sometimes depression comes from genetics. I would suggest before you speak with a therapist, ask family members if they suffer from depression and if so what they are doing for it. It will help the therapist a little better to no if its genetic or not. good luck and please get help!
