I work at a law office and am looking to make some extra money. One of the girls in the office told me to become a legal guardian for people. How do I get started on doing that? I know there is a class that I have to take but I am not sure where to take it and anything else that I would have to do and also how would I build up my clients.

First, that's a ridiculous plan. It's a bad idea to become a guardian for financial gain, and not just because there is no financial gain to be had.

Second, laws on guardianship vary from state to state.
