Are the websites 'York Solutions' and 'CyberCoders' reliable?

Has anyone tried posting resumes on these job sites? I want to make sure it is not a spam.

Dice.com
Monster.com
People i know have had luck at these sites and they have many employors that visit your site.

havent heard of them, for your best protection i recommend to stick with careerbuiler or monster.
