You don't put celebrity photos on the wall until a celebrity comes into your establishment. As for the music it totally depends on the clientele you want to attract. If you want to attract the most people, don't go with rock or rap. A lot of people don't like that - more than you'd think.

I would do something like what Fuddruckers has done. Each little booth is dedicated to a different actor or singer or band. I think that's kind of neat.
