what does it mean when you get a box that says settings videomode failed?

i have downloaded one of the free games what you get for 60minits and every time i try to play the game i get a box come up sayin settings videamode failed can anyone tell me what it means and how to fix it i have played this game before and i can't understand why it won't let me play it again i have got 59minits left to play and its really annoying

I have the same problem with the newer games, it's your video card that can't handle the graphics. Most of the new games require a G-Force 4 card or equivalent (which I haven't got either!).

So like me, it sounds like you need a new card. Good luck :)

it means that it failed to load the video driver. that means either 1 your computer cant handle it or 2 its not compatible with your computer or 3 it just sucks at life
