Depends on what you are good at, but for me liberal studies, English, math (depending on which one, becasue it could be the hardest,) then biological studies.

PS though, liberal studies is going to carry less weight with employers unless you are going for a job where a degree is not required.

If you want to only look at work load then all are number one. The exception will be if you are not an anglophone, in which case you will find a college major in English to be harder than the other 3. Although liberal studies sounds simple, you have a much wider range of disciplines and need to be able to integrate the work from each subject into the others to gain full advantage.

It's not a fair question.

What is easy to one person won't be easy to another, and "work load" depends on how long it takes you for a given task.

That said:

English - heavy emphasis on reading, writing and critical thinking/interpretation

liberal studies - I don't know

Math - emphasis, especially at the higher levels, is to not only solve equations, but to write and prove mathematical proofs, using established conventions.

Biology - Variety of different skills, using observational and experimental science to explain life.
