Sounds like your brake light switch is bad. Replace it. They are down on the pedal assembly under the dash. For now though, you could go under the hood and disconnect your battery until you need to drive your car again (hopefully on a one-way trip to a mechanic) so you don't kill your battery.

the cheap way to do it without braking anything is by disconecting the power (battery) and then taking the protective light lid and then take bulbs out...
Better take it to a garage.

you should tell tony the bumb a@# if that is the best answer he can come up with then he should do all of us a favor and beat him self to death. with a sharp object . we would not want him to have a reason to say something stupid again.

There is a switch near rge break peddle and the fire wall..
soulds like it is stuck.
