Lizard, you pay 300 for a 4500 square foot home? I say 300 is about normal for a 2000 square foot home, without using much heat and A/C!

John Edwards has a 28,000 sf home? My God, I've seen smaller factories.

I would say that if he is paying $300 a month for a 28,000sf home, he owns one of the greenest and most energy efficient homes in America. I spend roughly that much a month for my 4500sf home, and I'm fairly conservative in my usage and have a smart panel that controls and automates my HVAC. I'd like to find out what he's doing right.
