Up to what chapter of the InuYasha manga does the InuYasha anime cover?

I never really got into reading the manga but now I want to and I want to start where the anime left off.

There are 167 episodes in the anime series, and they cover up through somewhere between chapters 345-356 (volume 35-36). The link I gave under "source" gives more details.
